Hello, I'm Ania your business systems go-to.
I've spent over 10 years in business management, starting in customer service and moving up to project assistant roles. I've worked on big projects in London, supporting project managers and directors, and saw firsthand how service providers struggle with business management. This inspired me to help them out.
I'm skilled in organisation, spreadsheets, management, and CRM systems like Dubsado. My task management methods have made me more organised and productive, and I created a productivity planner to help other female service owners do the same.
With a decade of experience in business management, I started freelancing three years ago. After refining my strategy, I'm now focused on helping female service owners balance work and life through effective business management.

As a Project Assistant, I saw service providers working late and struggling with deadlines. Knowing I could help, combined with my degree in organisational communication and management, pushed me to support ambitious women like myself.
Originally from Poland, I've lived in the UK for nearly six years. Starting from scratch here, my hard work paid off when we bought our dream house last year. My goal is to balance work, family, and health, and to help other women achieve the same by running successful businesses from home.
I've faced many challenges, from juggling work and studies to overcoming language barriers and health issues. These experiences strengthened my resolve to help other women succeed without sacrificing their personal lives.

My mission is to guide female service owners in building stress-free businesses that allow them to live the lives they dream of. I focus on streamlining tasks and automating processes, helping my clients achieve a balanced and worry-free business environment.
Through my work, I aim to empower female service owners by showing them the value of automation and efficient management. My goal is to help them save time and reduce stress, enabling them to provide high-quality client experiences and enjoy greater retention rates.
I believe that with the right support, every woman can become a successful lady boss, working from home and enjoying a fulfilling personal life.
